Our degreaser wipes are so well made that it is possible to clean your chain and the cassette with only one wipe. No whispy bits that get stuck in your cluster or jockey wheels, no washing with water, no spraying degreaser where you probably don't want it.

They’re a simple, easy and effective way to get your components looking like new.

  • Degreaser Wipes are to be used to clean grease and grime off your chain and cassette only. Please use as required and keep the container closed to prevent the wipes from drying.

    Please follow the instructions on the packaging for wipe disposal. We recommend that you find out about your local waste collection laws around green/organic waste and composting.

    Australia

    Free Australia Post Express Shipping on orders above $100AUD (after discounts have been applied). For orders under $100 AUD, shipping is dependent on weight of order and location.

    International

    Free DHL or FedEx Express Shipping on orders above $150AUD(after discounts have been applied). For orders under $150 USD, shipping is dependent on location and weight of order.

    Bikey Wipes wishes to remind all customers that shipping costs paid at checkout covers transport only and will not include any extra import liabilities imposed by their local Government or additional fees charged by the courier. Bikey Wipes does not receive these fees and has no influence or control over these charges.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Imports into any country will usually incur duties. Duty fees are a governmental decision and the amount charged will depend on the country into which the shipment is being imported. Bikey Wipes does not receive any customs, duty or taxes fees as these are separate and in addition to your invoice charges.

    We are legally required to provide the true value of the products purchased before any discount is applied, along with a commercial invoice for customs reasons.

    Bikey Wipes takes no responsibility for individual duties or local taxes. If in doubt, check with your local customs office for tax rates and import fees.

    Please understand when a customer confirms an order placed on www.bikeywipes.com they accept full responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred and are considered to be importing goods into that country.

    Tracking & Estimated Delivery Times

    Where is my order shipped from?

    All orders placed on www.bikeywipes.com are either dispatched from our warehouse in Queensland, Australia.

    Tracking your Order

    As soon as your order has been dispatched by our warehouse team, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the order to be received and scanned in by the courier for shipping information to be updated. For orders placed after 14:00 (AEST), on weekends or on public holidays delivery will be delayed until the next business day.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    Orders delivered within Australia will be dispatched via AusPost Express services and will arrive within 1-2 business days from the time of dispatch. Orders delivered internationally will be dispatched via DHL Express or FedEx and will typically arrive within 3-5 business days from dispatch.

    We typically dispatch within 24 hours. Please note the approximate transit times to your region. These are subject to changes by individual shipping couriers and are outside of Bikey Wipes’ control. Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

  • Currently, Bikey Wipes are not able to process refunds or returns purchased via the online store.

    If you believe an item you purchased via the online store or via one our stockists is faulty or is damaged, please contact us or the store your purchased from with proof of purchase.

    Used (opened) items or ‘change of mind’ (exchanges) cannot be refunded until further notice.
